Art Gala Introduction 2025

Hello WESS families!

 

We are delighted to announce a new student-run event at WESS: Art Gala 2025. The gala will take place at WESS on June 4th and will center around an art auction. Art for this gala will be supplied by WESS students and local artists.

 

Funds raised from the gala will go towards revamping the school’s libraries. We invite you to explore our website for our mission statement, gala details, host details, the link to purchasing tickets, and so much more! wesslibrarygala.org

We encourage WESS students from all grades to donate their artwork, which can be given to Nikki and Gina by May 2nd, the art deadline. All donated art will be posted on the website to highlight our talented community. Additionally, students whose art is sold at the auction will have the option to receive compensation.

 

We are seeking financial support for this project. All donation amounts are very much appreciated and accepted! 

 

Donations of $250 or more, or donations of a service of equal value, will put you in the sponsor category. Sponsors will receive free tickets to the gala, will be eligible for space in our program brochure, and will receive recognition in the completed libraries. Tax-deductible donations are accepted through the website via the WESS PA. 

 

At the moment, our top priority is finding sponsors who can help fund: 

  • Catering 

  • Frames 

  • Live Music (there will be a jazz duet!)

  • The program brochure  

 

This project is only possible with support from the WESS community, and we thank you for believing in our vision of a better future.
